This 1-1/4" rotating flag fastener ring is designed to accommodate the attachment of your grommeted flag to any 1.25"OD pole. Allows flag to rotate around the pole so you don't have to constantly unravel it when it wraps around your pole. Fits top and/or bottom of pole.
