Flags A' Flying is committed to packaging and shipping your purchase as quickly and efficiently as possible. In Stock orders placed before 1pm PST will ship the same day. Orders placed after 1pm PST will be processed and shipped the next business day. Time frames are based upon items being in stock and available for immediate shipment. Should an item be out of stock, you will be notified of the expected ship date within one business day.
Most orders are shipped from our store/warehouse located in Tacoma, Washington. Available shipping options are noted at checkout in which you will have the option to select the carrier that is capable of shipping your product selection and that best meets your needs. We offer UPS & USPS for domestic shipments. Transit times are based on your destination and typically take 1-3 business days for Priority Mail, 1-9 business days for UPS Ground, & 2-9 days for USPS Standard shipping methods. Please note: These are transit times only, please allow additional business days for order processing per the above.
Flags A' Flying is not liable for any interruption of shipping service due to causes beyond our control.
How Will My Order be Shipped?
Shipments are made via the carrier selected at the time of checkout. If no carrier is selected or the carrier in which is selected is unavailable, Flags A' Flying will select a carrier for you based upon your location, the items you ordered, and package weight/dimensions. This gives us the flexibility to use the most efficient shipping method available for your package ensuring timely delivery of your item(s).
Flags A' Flying accepts orders with expedited shipment options. Select the desired expedited shipping method to ensure on-time delivery. Expedited orders will ship same day if ordered before 12pm PST. If ordered after 12pm PST, orders may ship the next business day. If you have a specific need by date, and you want to ensure the date can be met, please contact us.
We offer international shipments to select destinations via DHL, UPS, & USPS. Flags A' Flying is not responsible for applicable duties and taxes.
Flags A' Flying ships to APO/FPO addresses via USPS Priority Mail only. Expedited shipping is not available to APO/FPO addresses.
Oversized/Bulk Order Shipments
Flags A' Flying uses a variety of methods to ship oversized items. Some items can ship via one of our standard shipping carriers while others such as one-piece flagpoles require shipment via our delivery trucks or common carrier. Please contact us for a freight quote for oversized items and bulk orders.
Proofread your order carefully before submitting your order for processing. Shipping information cannot be changed once you submit your order. Our goal is to process orders quickly, thus once an order begins the fulfillment process we’re unable to modify it. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and we hope that our faster processing time works to your advantage.
Undeliverable or Refused Packages
If a delivery is refused for any reason or considered undeliverable due to an invalid shipping address, you will be charged a penalty that may include, but is not limited to, extra shipping charges. Please proofread your order before finalizing.
If your address is invalid and any correction needs to be made by one of our carriers, you will be charged an additional fee of $12 per package for standard shipping or $17 per package for expedited shipping services.
Damaged In Transit Packages
If your package should arrive with visible damage to the exterior, please report this damage to your driver. You may also choose to refuse the package should you think the item(s) may be damaged. Damaged items may be returned for exchange or credit only if they are reported within two business days of receipt of delivery. We will arrange to have the package picked up by way of a call tag, reimburse you for the return shipping expense should we be unable to have a call tag issued to your pick-up location, or will replace the items in the original damaged shipment at no charge. Flags A' Flying does not reimburse fees charged by packaging centers.
Keep your shipping receipts until you have received credit for your return. We reserve the right to require proof of return shipment, in the form of a receipt in order to credit your account.
